    Delicious guacamole that's very easy to make. All the ingredients/spices blend together very well. It's wonderfully rich and spicy!!

    I noticed an error on this published recipe. On the "good Eats" program that featured this and other dip recipes Alton also added 1 jalapeno seeded and minced.

    Im Mexican and very picky about the Guacamole that I serve... Its a little bit different than I usually make it (I put Jalapeno in mine. But when my friend said that she got the recipe from here I was like.. Very good! =

    I didn't even know how to select or open an avacado before using this recipe but I am over my fear and everyone who tastes this dish wants the recipe!
