    Delicious guacamole that's very easy to make. All the ingredients/spices blend together very well. It's wonderfully rich and spicy!!

    I noticed an error on this published recipe. On the "good Eats" program that featured this and other dip recipes Alton also added 1 jalapeno seeded and minced.

    Im Mexican and very picky about the Guacamole that I serve... Its a little bit different than I usually make it (I put Jalapeno in mine. But when my friend said that she got the recipe from here I was like.. Very good! =

    Made this for a Super Bowl party and everyone left with copies of the recipe. The double batch I made lasted 30 minutes and the bowl was literally licked clean.
