The recipe was not only easy to make but really good. This was the first guacamole I ever made that turned out fabulous.

Made this for a Super Bowl party and everyone left with copies of the recipe. The double batch I made lasted 30 minutes and the bowl was literally licked clean.

This is THE best guacamole recipie out there. I halved the amount of cayenne as the kids cannot handle quite the kick, but it is fantastic anyway. Will be on my entertaining list from now on!!!

This is the best. I do believe I would cut some of the salt, but my family doesn't add salt to anything so we notice even alittle salt in recipes. So we cut it down to about 1/8 of a tsp. It's da' bomb Alton! Bravo!

Great recipe. I found reserving 1 tbls of the lime juice before putting on the avocados works better for me. Thanks Alton!

This is the best quac I've ever made! Everyone asks for "my" recipe! I make this treat at least once a week! Really good when served with Tortilla Gold chips!!
