I have tried dozens of guacamole recipe and this one will be my last! It so completely brings all the flavors that you want in guacamole together. My husband thought he didn't like guacamole but he requests this one now!

My guests LOVED it! Everyone wanted more! I left out the diced tomatoes and cilantro because I'm not a fan of the taste and it still turned out amazing! I will certainly make this again!

This is a great recipe, so easy to make and everyone loves it! I added about a teaspoon of red papper flakes and some bell pepper in different colors for a little more visual appeal. Also, placing the seed in the mix and sqeezing a little lime juice on the top while it's developing flavor keeps it from browning. Enjoy :

This recipe was DEVINE! I made this guac to go with my tacos, and they were fantastic!! The cayenne gives it a little kick which I loved! Plus, the cumin adds great flavor too! Although I think I'll add less lime next time, it was just a tad to acidic for me. Anyways, overall AMAZING! Thanks Alton!:

I've been using this recipe for a couple years now. I always add one extra avocado. So good! I use my mix n' chop to quickly combine all the ingredients. I usually do a double batch and freeze it so we always have the delicious guac on hand when ever a craving strikes!

By far the best guacamole recipe I've ever made! Whenever people ask for a good guac recipe, I share this one. I usually skip the jalapeno, and lessen the amount of tomato and onion - depends on the crowd I'm making it for.
