AB never steers us wrong. This guac is really really good, even if you just stop after the lime juice and onions, as I accidentally did once. It's super easy and just as you expect guacamole to be, which for me is a good thing.

This is the best Guacamole that I've ever had, very similar to Baja Fresh but with a kick.

This is the BEST guacamole recipe we've tried = easiest to make AND the MOST compliments when we serve it. (We've made double batches and then put half into vaccuum sealed bags then frozen it so we can vouch for it being very freezer friendly too!

Absolutely delicious! I made this three times, and had rave reviews each time! Very easy once you get the hang of it. The first couple of times it seems like a lot of effort for a huge mess, but practice makes things go alot faster and simpler.

Roma tomatoes are so much easier to de-seed, so stick with the recipe and don't be tempted to use slicing tomatoes. Also, I find it easier to de-seed and chop the tomatoes, as well as chop the onion & garlic, in advance before you decide to shuck the avacados.

Also... measure out the lime juice to 1 tablespoon, and then use that to toss the avacado slices. Don't bother trying to drain the lime juice after that. It doesn't work out very well, and you more of an avacado-lime slime, rather than a tbsp of lime juice.
