    I haven't had guacamole this good since it was prepared tableside at Pippy's in Puerto Vallarta. Fantastic! Be sure to make enough - it goes fast.

    AB never steers us wrong. This guac is really really good, even if you just stop after the lime juice and onions, as I accidentally did once. It's super easy and just as you expect guacamole to be, which for me is a good thing.
