Fresh with a nice bite. I added an extra clove of garlic. Delicious!

Awesome. Cumin and garlic are essential. Adjust to your taste. I like a bit of chili padi diced fine sans seeds. I leave out the tomatoes until ready to eat so my guac is not so moist. Killer recipe

This is a good recipe, and I tried it out of loyalty to all things Alton Brown, but it hasn't taken the place of my tried & true guacamole recipe. The two are very similar, but in mine, I use 2 cloves of garlic per avocado and then in lieu of his spices and jalapeno, I use 1/2-3/4 cup of medium salsa (Pace is my preferred brand. I find this easier and having some heat from the garlic and some from the salsa just suits my tastes more.

This is the only guacamole recipe I ever use anymore. It is delish even when the avocados are not at their peak. As long as the texture of the avocado is good enough to mush, you will have a superior guacamole.

Amazing recipe. Love this recipe. Lots of flavour and just a hint of heat.

This is a great recipe - I modified it a bit because I do not like overly spicy - instead of cayenne pepper, I used cayenne sauce (didn't have the pepper and I left out the jalapeno.
    I absolutely loved this recipe.

I have tried dozens of guacamole recipe and this one will be my last! It so completely brings all the flavors that you want in guacamole together. My husband thought he didn't like guacamole but he requests this one now!

My guests LOVED it! Everyone wanted more! I left out the diced tomatoes and cilantro because I'm not a fan of the taste and it still turned out amazing! I will certainly make this again!
