Our family loves the Good Eats shows. When we saw the turkey brining episode before Thanksgiving, we decided to try it. It is super easy and makes the turkey wonderfully juicy.

This is the most moist flavorful turkey I have ever tasted! I received more complements than ever on the turkey, and most of the people who tried it commented that it was the best they had ever had as well. You cannot go wrong with this recipe!

This is the best tasting turkey recipe ever!!! I used this last year and it was a hit with my family. I will use this recipe this year and also in the years to come. Thanks Alton for this great recipe to change up the turkey a bit.

I've tried many recipes, and this is the best. The turkey was very juicy and packed with flavor.

The recipe is missing the point that you slide the grate side to side every hour, and switch the burners to cook it evenly. He did this in the show.

This is the only way my family will eat a turkey. A few years ago I watched the show, and had to cook the turkey this way. Now, I am the only one who is allowed to fix the turkey on Thanksgiving day!

Alton is a true artist. This recipe is so incredible. Turkey tends to be dry this wasnt dry even after sitting in the fridge for a day. We will always cook our turkey this way from now on.

We used a combination smoker/barbeque and it was so simple. My husband said it was the best turkey he had ever tasted. It was juicy, tender and had very good flavor. We highly recommend!
