just what I was looking for to perk up some wheat rolls! I cut down the proportions as I didn't need a whole pound of it for just 3 of us.

This is worth making! I did like others and used 1 lb butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup honey, and the cinnamon and it was awesome! Thanks Alton!! I would have never thought to put the cinnamon in!!

Oh my word! This is to die for! We had eaten at Texas Roadhouse (steak house, and this tastes JUST LIKE theirs! Fabulous!!!
I did add 1/2 cup honey instead of 1/4 cup.....just my preference for sweetness on my bread. (I also saw Paula D has that much honey in her recipe. Yummo. Good job!

This an Excellent Recipe.... If you want a little sweeter you can add Confectioners suger to sweeten it up with out getting the gritty texture regular sugar would give you... I love this on corn bread!!

I love Alton Brown's Honey Butter recipe! It's perfect! I lost my copy of the recipe and I'm so glad I could come here to get it. I am making more today!

YUMMMMMMMM. Very easy to prepare. I used a little more honey than the recipe called for, and it was great on corn muffins. Also, note that it makes *a lot* of honey butter because you are whipping so much air into it.

I agree with Sarah it tastes similar to the honey butter at the restaurant she mentioned. Very tasty Alton. I'd even eat my shoe if it were coated with this honey butter.

I discovered that I could make butter in my food processor and went overboard buying cream. I wanted to try something different and since Alton is my go-to guy for most every recipe, I decided to try this. I made two batches with the original recipe and then I made another batch, doubling the vanilla and adding 1/2 cup toasted chopped almonds. The original recipe was gorgeous but when I made the adjustments, it took it to a whole new level. I'm serving it on Alton's french toast recipe - the best combination ever! I'm going to make enough to give to friends as gifts because this is too good to keep to myself!

I am attending a cooking class, and my cooking partner and I made it this week. We both loved it.
