This shouldn't be accesible n one's home! Oh man. I served this with sweet potato buiscuts (Paula Dean and I'm not afraid to admit I ate THREE! I used 1 stick of butter, 1 T + 1 t honey, and cinnamon to my liking (quite a bit more than what this recipe calls for and used a fork to whip it up!

This is so tasty, it just might be illegal in some states. It is sweet and creamy without being cloying or greasy tasting. I love it on home made whole wheat bread, waffles, buscuits, corn bread... heck, I'd probably lick it off of my cat if I had to.

I served this with corn muffins and it worked very well. I cut the recipe down and used only one stick of butter so I was able to mix it all by hand. Next time I will make the full recipe and freeze some.

This tastes absolutely great. You'll know it's done mixing once the white butter become a nice light tan color. Refrigerate and then enjoy!

Just one word for where to use this recipe: pancakes! It's AMAZING on pancakes! Take a boring breakfast standard to new levels with this one little twist.

I made this recipe to put in holiday gift baskets that had different sweet breads (banana, cranberry, pumpkin, etc. I wanted to put in honey butter and looked for different recipes and this one was perfect. Not too sweet, a touch of cinnamon and vanilla. Perfect!

This butter turned out great! Everyone enjoyed it with homemade rolls similar to those at Texas Road House. I would only change one thing about this recipe and that is softening the butter. Instead of putting the butter on wax paper I piped it with a decorative tip into a mini-muffin silicon pan to make single serving "pats" of butter. I then put it in the frezer until firm. Everyone was impressed!

I served this with scones for a birthday dinner. It was a huge hit. The cinnamon is such a great twist to an old favorite!
