I use this more as a dipping sauce.. a little thrown by Alton calling it a dressing. Anywho, I add good mayo for creaminess. Love it.

Excellent !! Perfect combination sweet & acid, great with chicken tenders, fish, a bit thicker for tortas/sandwiches, as usual Alton has upgraded an American favorite to the highest. Congrats, Mr Alton Brown !!

it is very good. I think it could be better, tho. possibly some subtle background nuances.
garlic and onion come to mind...herbs...I'm going to play with some.

Excellent honey mustard sauce! Thank you Alton! Better than expensive store bought brands. So easy to make! I even substituted the rice wine vinegar for whatever vinegar I had handy, and it still tasted great!

So easy and really good. I don't even like honey mustard dressing usually, but I made this for a catering event.

Super yummy and easy. I have substituted cider vinegar in a pinch and it was fine.
