Simple and very yummy. Used pear infused vinegar because I didn't have any rice vinegar and it tasted perfect. It was just me and my wife so I used teaspoons instead of tablespoons and it worked flawless.

I never write reviews but I had to write one for this recipe. I usually ont even like honey mustard but this dressing is really delicious. Here is how I used it: I doubled the recipe then used about 1/3 of it to dip my chicken cutlets in and then coated them with cornflakes and baked to golden brown. I served the rest of the dressing with the chicken and drizzled it over chicken before serving. I should mention that instead of honey, I used agave but followed the other ingredients from the recipe and it was amazing!

I use my kitchen scales instead of measuring so that there is no mess. I put a dressing bottle on my scales and zero. I then pour in 5 oz of honey, 3 oz of usually a combination of brown and Dijon mustard and then 2 oz of either rice wine or cider vinegar. Then all I have to do is cap, shake and use. I am not sure what the weight vs measuring difference is on quantities but it comes out good.

Love this recipe. It's pretty much the only dressing I use for salads anymore. I usually sub Apple Cider vinegar, because it gives it a crisper taste, and if I can get my hands on locally produced lavender honey I use that because it gives it such lovely floral notes. But just as directed on the tin this stuff is great.

I use this more as a dipping sauce.. a little thrown by Alton calling it a dressing. Anywho, I add good mayo for creaminess. Love it.

Excellent !! Perfect combination sweet & acid, great with chicken tenders, fish, a bit thicker for tortas/sandwiches, as usual Alton has upgraded an American favorite to the highest. Congrats, Mr Alton Brown !!

it is very good. I think it could be better, tho. possibly some subtle background nuances.
garlic and onion come to mind...herbs...I'm going to play with some.
