Thanks Alton for this super easy recipe! I had made a spinach salad and wanted a honey-dijon dressing quick! This sure fit the bill.
I only gave it a 4 because it was very good but not *great*...
I will definetly use it again.

I ran out of rice wine vinegar so I used regular white vinegar instead. It still tasted great on my salad. I served it at a dinner party and everyone loved it.

This is my new favorite salad dressing. Store bought dressing is super expensive for what you get and the favor doesn't touch this simple recipe. I'll never buy this one again.

This was too sweet for my taste, but I enjoyed it. My guest thought it was delicious and wants me to make it again for him.

Light, tangy, just right on all flavors.

This was delicious and so easy to make! There aren't many fat free dressings that are even edible, but this one was awesome. I didn't have any rice wine vinegar, so I used white wine and it turned out fine. I would recomend this to anyone!

Like all things Alton, this recipe does not disappoint! I served it over some left-over caribean jerk chicken breast and made a salad of it. The honey cooled the spice of the jerk seasoning and the rice vinegar enhanced the aroma and taste of the allspice and thyme on the chicken.
Bravo Alton! Keep up the excellent work!

I thought the flavor of this dressing was very good, but it was quite thin, which is why I am referring to it as a dressing. I wanted to use it as a dip and have that lighter color and thicker consistency, so I mixed in Miracle Whip Light (2 T for a 1/2 recipe, 4 for a full and it was fantastic! I used it for dipping chicken tenders and then the next day as a spread for a turkey sandwich. However, if you were to use this as a dressing for a salad, the regular version might be nice.
