I did alter this recipe before tasting it. I added 1/2 teaspoon garlic, and additional 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and used 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach and 1 1/2 cups fresh artichoke hearts. Everyone thought it was delicious! This recipe was super easy and I would definitely recommend it with the alterations that I made.

I think it was quite bland. I couldn't find frozen artichokes, so I used canned. Like others, I ended up altering the recipe a lot and added more spices, topped it with cheese, etc. After doing that, it turned out great. But the recipe as-is was pretty bland even when I used the best quality cream cheese and sour cream I could find.

I have regularly made this dip for dinner parties and potlucks and every time it is hands down the biggest hit of the evening!! I would recommend serving it with everything bagel chips which are a very nice compliment and also a crowd pleaser. So simple and so delicious!!

Remarkable! I love this recipe so much! I made it yesterday with my mom and we both loved the taste. Thanks!! We will be making this again on my dad’s birthday. Hope he likes it! We also tried the recipes at gourmandia and gourmetrecipe and the outcome turned what we imagined, the cuisines are mouth-watering. Take time to glance those sites for more interesting recipes.
