Oh my goo! This is absolutely delicious! I was nervous to try this recipe for the first time while entertaining on Easter, but it was gobbled up and got lots compliments. I would recommend this recipe to anybody!

Delicious!! Followed it as written and it was perfect. Then I saw 2 strips of applewood smoked bacon leftover from breakfast and decided to crumble it on top. Even more awesome! I served this with slices of grilled French bread (drizzled w/ olive oil and pinch of thyme...then toasted on the griddle. The mini crock pot works great for keeping it warm. I will definitely break my diet for this recipe again!

Delicious ! This was a home run with my guests and we had 2 children who went wild with this dip. Usually kids don't go well with spinach but this recipe was a so good. Even my husband loved it he demanded me to tell everyone how I made it. I followed the recipe to the Tee, just slightly omitted the red pepper flakes. Thanks Alton for yet another keeper !

I changed a few things, only half the mayo and much more spinach. I also used fresh spinach b/c i like it and i had it. Also doubled the red pepper and added 1/8tsp of cayenne pepper. Super Good!!!

This is an excellent recipe! I added a little mozzarella and extra parmesan [to taste] and two cloves of garlic. Added only half the chili flakes which gave just a slight hint of heat. Next time I also might add only 5 oz of cream cheese, though this recipe was delicious as is. This will be my new go to for parties. Highly recommended.

This was delicious. I used about 7 oz of the cream cheese and felt like any more would have been too overpowering. I used jarred artichoke hearts and cut them into small pieces. I used frozen creamed spinach. Was a crowd pleaser and will definitely make again!

I made some tweaks due to allergies. I used soy cream cheese b/c I'm allergic to most forms dairy...but not the Parmesan - go figure. Used egg-free mayo. Instead of sour cream, I used the entire 8oz b/c the extra 2oz is equal to 1/4 cup of the cream cheese and added a dash of lemon juice for the touch of sour. Then, I used fresh baby spinach and steamed it. Used canned, diced artichoke hearts. Used microwave to warm up the artichoke hearts and the cream cheese. Mixed it all up...and WOW! This is fantastic. I'm printing it and putting it into my binder of favorites.

Oh...and since I'm also a low-carb-er, I skipped the bread. Instead, I put it on a small bed of fresh, baby spinach. Delicious!

Best I've ever had. Doubled it & kept warm in small crockpot. Only had 8 oz cream cheese; used 1/3 C grated Parmesan and 2/3 C Gruyere. Served with blue corn tortilla chips.
