Tasty and easy to make! I boiled chopped fresh spinach and bottled artichokes since that was all I had in my pantry at that time, and I didn't have red pepper flakes, but it still came out good. This is a great recipe, and just adjust the taste/cheese/etc to your liking.

Amazing!! So easy and soooo good! You won't be disappointed with this dip. Still can't believe something that quick to prepare actually tastes like I would have been working on it for hours. Highly recommend :-

Very good, I made it for my family because we had some sourdough bread and this sounded good. After making it I put it into a bowl in the center of a plate and made the TOASTED sourdough bread go around the bowl in a very neat manor. They all enjoyed it.

Tip: If your putting it on Sourdough bread toast in in the toaster just by cutting it in half, when its toasted to a light brown it doesn't bend when you put the dip on it and holds together well, also adding a nice crunch to every bite.

Fantastic dip, very easy to make. It was big hit with my family. Used 1/2 less fat cream cheese, light Mayo & sour cream. I used the little left over on the green salad, with a bit of olive oil as a dressing, Yum!

I love making this recipe. Its surprisingly kid friendly and veggie hater friendly. I used this recipe at my mother in laws Christmas party and her entire family was very impressed. I make this whenever i crave that chili's hot spinach artichoke dip but want something creamy and gooey at the same time. I love to put it into large tart dish and covering it with mozzarella cheese and baking it until the cheese is brown and serving it with tomatoes and chives on top. A real crowd pleaser

As always, Alton makes something EXACTLY the way I wanted it to taste! It tastes like the best spinach and artichoke dip I've ever had and have tried desperately to find it again in restaurants, homes, or cookbooks....AND I'VE FINALLY GOT IT! Am making it in a bread bowl to serve chilled at a HUGE outdoor party tomorrow...I know its going to be a HIT! I made mine exactly as he states (except I used jarred artichoke hearts but I made mine slightly less fat by using reduced fat sour cream, reduced fat cream cheese, and half and half regular and reduced fat mayo....you dont taste ANY difference or lack of something. EXCELLENT! Thank you Alton!

Very tasty! I Followed the recipe to a T and got rave reviews from guests! I served it with plain pita chips and a Chardonay.
