Fantastic! we thawed the spinach the day before and we used jarred artichoke hearts so there was no need to do the boiling. it it wonderful, thank you Alton!

I don't get it... all of the reviews are great and I just finished making the recipe and it is however very easy to make but not what I was going for. I truly think it is lacking in every category. Flavor, not hot enough, not gooey and just not what I thought that hot spinach artichoke dip would be. I am very glad I tried it before serving for a christmas appetizer.

I loved this recipe! Anyone who needs a good party dip, make this. It's now one of my favorites.

This is such a good recipe, and it is so quick and easy. You can make the entire recipe in the mircowave in just a few minutes. Its a no-brainer. I like to serve it with toasted pita bread wedges, or in a bread bowl. Yum!

This recipe turned out AWESOME!!! I made it as an appetizer for thanksgiving dinner and my whole family asked me for the recipe.. they loved it!! It was Soo easy to make and inexpensive too, because I already had most of the ingredients in my fridge. I used canned artichokes instead of frozen, and I sprinkled Parmesan cheese on the top and put it under the broiler to add a finishing touch.. definately making this again!!

Great recipe with some minor changes. Its not hot enough unless you bake it in the oven. I baked mine at 350 for 15 min then broiled it to brown the cheese slightly. I added low moisture mozzarella and topped the dish with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. I added artichokes, an extra 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and used 8 oz cream cheese. Don't fear the mayo, it works well with the recipe. Try adding a little lemon juice. I served mine with Parmesan crusted baguette slices. Everyone loved it.

This is delicious! I like artichokes but I love spinach so I added more spinach - it turned out great. My husband is fussy about veggies and he loved it. Instead of using baked chips I grabbed a baguette from the bakery and had them slice it for me.

This is so good!! So easy to make. I added more spinach and artichokes to make me feel less guilty for eating so much fat/calories!

I made it for my work party and it was a major hit! Very easy to transport and was still delicious when I heated up the leftovers in the microwave later that day.

haven't, as yet, tried this particular recipe from The Master ! I know it will be great. Just a comment here re the good folks who chime in with all the changes they make to any given recipe. So many changes can one in truth, take their comments as a true review? I suggest a different space for these reviews so one does not become too disoriented and blame the chef when the recipe doesn't pan (no pun intended out. Just a thought.
