Great classic dip. As others suggested, I stirred in about 1/3 cup of shredded mozzarella. I placed the dip in an oven safe dish, topped with additional shredded mozzarella and broiled until brown. Also, because it was all I had on hand, I used light cream cheese and reduced fat parm, It still tasted great and maybe saved a few fat grams or calories.

We used 4 oz of cream cheese, some fresh garlic, garlic and onion powder, and it was awesome! This is our second time making it and we're addicted!

I needed a quick dip to take to a Christmas party and I made this dip in 10 minutes, no joke! I left out the artichokes, as my husband and son detest them, and it was fantastic just the same! I used 8 ounces of cream cheese, a little more parmesan and sour cream and a lot more heat! So simple and so flavorful. I will never use another recipe to make spinach dip again!

This was my first time making this dish. It was very easy for an inexperienced cook and it tastes delicious!!! Will definitely make again.

AB never lets me down! I too used the whole 8oz cream cheese as I had no use for the remaining 2oz. I also added chopped water chestnuts because I like the crunch. (remember the Knorr soup version? Next time I might use just a touch less crushed red.

I love this recipe and have made it so many times everyone one loves it!! I use fresh garlic at least 2-3 cloaves, extra red pepper flakes and I chop the artichoke hearts up vert small as I do not like big chunks of artichoke hearts. I also use the whole 8 oz of creame cheese I do not want 2 oz setting in my frig...
