I made this dip the other night for myself and my girlfriend. It only took a few minutes to make and it was much better than the pre-made stuff I usually buy. I kept the unused portion in the fridge for sevaral days afterwards and reheated it in the microwave and it was still great. I plan on keeping this dip on my quick and easy bachelor food menu.

This recipe is always popular when I take it to parties, and I'm always asked for the recipe or to bring it! Also, it is so quick and easy to make.

Great taste and easy to make last minute. I've made it twice now and since there was none left (everyone loved it!, I will double the recipe in the future. I didn't think the boiled veggies and warmed cream cheese made it quite hot enough, so I followed the suggestion of a previous reviewer and added additional parm. cheese to the top and then baked it (300 for about 10 min. and then a low broil to brown the top a bit. I think I like a bit more artichokes so I might add more next time as well. But no complaints--this is a crowd pleaser.

The dip was easy and full of flavor. Very simple recipe to follow. I did make everything on the stove top instead of microwave. After i drained the spinach and artichokes I returned it to the stove to dry out a little more water and then added eveyrthing else. It was yummy.

truth is, you can't go wrong with mayo, sour cream and cream cheese, but alton got this one just right! this dip is part of the reason people have started calling me Martha Stewart.

I have look a long time for a flavorful yet easy artichoke dip...the kind you find in restuarants. This one is the best!! It contains ingredients I already have stock in my pantry or fridge. Thank you Alton!!
