I added a bunch of green food coloring to this and served it at my sci-fi party. It was out of this world!
*note it takes a fairly heavy amount of food coloring to get it looking really green.

Loved it and really easy. I actually doubled the mayo and sour cream to make it creamier. Mmmm...

I made this dip in a pinch for a cook out! It was delicious. Even my toddler was dipping.

I had this kind of dip at a Holiday Party at Cattleman's restaurant and not only was it good, it disappeared in about 60 seconds. So I tried Alton's version and substituted Marinated artichoke hearts for the canned ones. I took it to a Holiday pot luck and it also disappeared very quickly. Definately a hit!

I have made this recipe about 20 times since I discovered it on Good Eats several months ago. My friends and family love it. I only altered it once recently when I forgot to buy the cheese, so I substituted a little colby jack and parmesian. It was great both ways. Go Alton!!
