I made it for a party and everyone loved it. It was a very easy recipe to follow also.

I love spinach and artichoke dip and order it in any restaurant that serves it. But this recipe is the best spinach and artichoke dip I've ever had! Rock on Alton Brown! :0

this recipe is so quick and easy and tastes like it took forever to make. has been a hit at every party i've brought it too! recipe calls for frozen artichoke hearts which i couldn't find in my supermarket but canned ones work just as well and you dont need to thaw them.

I've tried different versions of this recipe, including using low fat sour cream, mayo and cream cheese (yuck!, and also with bacon, and another one with pepperoni (both okay. Hands down my favorite is with the use of fresh finely chopped garlic instead of the powdered kind. I had enough spinach left over from another recipe to make half of this dip, and I added 2 cloves garlic. Absolutely delish!

Needs something a little extra, but the richness of the cheeses is great if you're eating this as a meal

I made this for my friends at our monthly girls night. They raved about it and now it is my signature party dish. I went easy on the spice though, a little goes a long way.

couldn't find the frozen artichokes so i used canned and it came out wonderful. The only thing that I didn't like was that the red pepper flakes were too hot for me, but thats just me. I definately recomend this recipe!
