This is by far the best homemade hot dip ever!! Everyone loves it and it is so easy to make. Great with pita or tortilla chips.

This was a tasty dip. I made a couple of changes to the recipe to suit my taste. I added 1 tsp fresh chop garlic instead of the garlic powder. I also added one small shallot minced. Lastly I upped the cheese to 1/2 cup. It turned out really nice and all my guest loved it. I will definitely make this again. Thank you Alton.

I heated this in the oven with extra cheese on top, like everyone suggested and it was not that good. It wasn't bad, but I wouldnt compare this to anything i've had at a nice restaraunt! I could really taste the creamcheese which I didn't like at all!

A fantastic recipe. For a litte twist I tried it with vegenaise instead of Mayo (I just like the flavor betterand a fresh crushed garlic clove instad of powder. Or you can also sub the parmesan with pecorino romano. But either way this is a great recipe!

I have made this recipe countless times and everytime, I am asked for the recipe by at least 5 people at parties. VERY easy to make and it looks like you spent hours preparing it.

I really like this recipe. I use jarred artichokes and a clove of fresh garlic minced and extra red pepper flakes. I find though the recipe is even better when baked. Try topping it with any cheese and baking at 350 for 15 minutes or so. I find the dip has a firmer consistancy.
