This dip was awesome. I made it as an appetizer for a special dinner with my boyfriend. I served it with crackers and small slices of baguette and we were both full before the main course because we couldn't stop eating this dip! I would definitely make this again. I love Alton - he has never let me down!

Loved this. Had to use canned artichoke hearts (drained well because I couldn't find frozen ones in my small town. Everyone loved it and it is so quick to make.

Very very very good!! I changed up the recipe a little. I used thawed spinach and artichokes, drained well. Then I mixed all the ingredients together, spread into a baking dish, topped with more parmesan cheese and baked at 325 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes. Overall, a GREAT recipe. LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

After mixing it together, I put it in a 375 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. It was fantastic. My daughter proclaimed that it was even better than "the frozen one."

I substitute minced garlic instead of the garlic salt and I also add diced waterchestnuts for more texture. Sometimes I also top it with shredded cheese (i.e. cheddar & parmesan and green onions. I LOVE this recipe!

This was a great recipe that was creamy enough to be savory but still had it's primary focus on the veggies. I added a little bit of bread crumbs and additional cheese to the top of the dip and popped it under the broiler for a minute to add a special touch. The crust on top really finished it and added a contrasting texture. I didn't think that the additional salt was necessary, the cheese added enough already. Overall, a huge hit though and it only took a minute to make. I really liked that I had everything on hand to make it and could just keep the ingredients in the pantry for any time I needed to make a quick appetizer.

Went over great at a Super Bowl party. Very easy to make. I would prefer a more cheesy dip, but this is a pretty good and easy alternative.

I think there was too much sour cream and cream cheese in the recipe.
