This was fantastic! Used 8 ounces of cream cheese, and heated up everything together in a small saucepan.

Excellent recipe very easy. Did not find the frozen artichokes so I used canned and also used cream spinach in the pouch and used chile powder instead of pepper flakes just enough kick

By far the best spinach and artichoke dip I have ever made. Perfect creamy texture and I loved the slight spice from the red pepper flakes. I used fresh artichoke hearts instead of frozen and just boiled them along with the spinach at the beginning before draining. I topped mine with a cup of mozzarella cheese and baked in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes until slightly golden on top. So delicious.

This was an easy way to make dip. I made it for a company potluck and everyone loved it! However, I had to tweak the recipe a little bit to make it cheesier and spicier. I added half a cup of mozzarella cheese into the mix, a few shakes of hot sauce, and 1 tsp of minced garlic. For extra cheesy, add moz on the top. I baked it for 25 minutes at 350, until cheese is golden brown and bubbling.

My husband and I love spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer when we go out.. this one is Very Good. My husband liked the flavor, just wished it had a little more "gooeyness". I will try some shredded mozz in it next time.
