Very good. A little time consuming, but delicious. I have a big family, so we need all 6 cups at once. My 5 year old, ate 5 in one sitting.

This was amazing! I love how you can make it once and it will last for a few weeks. It's great for the before-breakfast meal. Plus, they are so delicous!

These are so easy to make and light and fluffy. My family just loves them, thanks Alton! Come to Tuscaloosa, AL sometime!

This has been my go to recipe for years now. I substitute half of the white flour for all kinds of other flours. One of my favs is oat and almond flours together. YUMMY! I usually add a little regular milk for a thinner consistency but the recipe is great as is. I usually make up two batches at a time and freeze because I never seem to use up the rest of the buttermilk before it goes bad. Thanks for another recipe staple AB!

I have been using this recipe for many years now. It is so simple and the results can't be beat.
These are the fluffiest and best tasting pancakes around. Great comfort food!

Simple & so YUMMY!! I cooked them in my cast iron pan & they turned out perfectly. I cut the recipe in half just to make sure I like it first. I'm going to make the other half right now to have on hand!

Alton does it again! These pancakes are perfectly set and golden brown on the outside, yet moist and fluffy on the inside. Very substantial. They're good with a drop or two of vanilla extract added as well. YUM!

Yum! I love pancakes and this recipe is delicious. I like the instant recipe as I have a container with my premix which is better than any box and just as convenient.
