The pancakes turned out just as he described them, light, fluffy, and wonderfully delicious. It's a great mix to have around, you just have to remember the buttermilk!!

For those who gave this one star, you did not watch and learn from his show the technique of making pancakes. I made these Saturday morning, and I swear we forgot that we had also made bacon and eggs to go with them! Better than any mix you are going to try and just as good as IHOP, but no tipping, no crowds, and no waiting in long lines!

to fine tune this... I made the mix but only had buttermilk mix. NO FLUFF

next batch... once again no buttermilk to tried the "stand-by" of milk with lemon juice. still no fluff

finally I put it all together no shortcuts and success...

Fluffy and tender melt in your mouth. Well worth the 2 bowl wet ingredient mixing.

We love this mix and keep it on hand for our son who has dairy allergies..it's hard to find a mix out there without nonfat milk included in the recipe. We substitute seven-up (yep, the sodafor the milk and they are great! The whole family enjoys them!
