    This has to be the very best pancake mix ever, it is light and the tang of the buttermilk is just awesome. I normally do not even like pancakes but this one is fantastic.

    These pancakes were fantastic!!! Very easy to follow recipe, although between the buttermilk and 4tbsp of butter, it can't be that healthy, but they had so much flavor, I'll never order pancakes out again!

    The best pancakes I've ever made or eaten. It definitly helps to watch this episode. I don't always make pancakes, so having the "mix" ready to use never happens in my kitchen, but it would be great if we made them on a daily basis.
