Easy and excellent. Makes homemade buttermilk pancakes quickly with the pre-made dry mixer. Be sure your soda and baking powder are fresh and won't expire before you expect to use the mixture.

Pancake Perfection! Quite possibly the best I have ever made or eaten. Worth the small amount of extra effort to make these vs. boxed instant pancakes. You won't be disappointed.

The pancakes were fluffy & delicious! Once I ladled the mix onto the pan, I added blueberries (next time I'll cut them in halves. When plating I used fresh raspberries (banana slices would be nice too and sprinkled some powered 'icing' sugar on top - YUMMY!!

My BF and I love this pancake mix. We keep it around the apt for whenever the mood strikes. I love them with blueberries or bananas. We also have them plain but add 1/4 tsp of (as Ina would say good vanilla and a tlb extra of buttermilk for a slightly less cake-like consistency. Alton is our guy!

I just made these and didn't change the recipe a bit. These pancakes are fantastic. They're fluffy and delicious. My daughter said they were the best pancakes she's ever tasted. : They were easy to make the first time and I have 2 portions of the "instant mix" so my next couple of breakfasts will really be a breeze. Thanks so much for such a great recipe!!!

I tried it too and it was delicious!! My husband said, "you know these taste like Aunt Jemima" I let him in on the secret that these were buttermilk pancakes from scratch! I made my own syrup using the Neeley's recipe. I can not find buttermilk here in the Dominican Republic so I made my own (1 tblspn of vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Absolutely delish!!! Definitely a keeper.
