Family loved it! Easy enough for my husband to do :. Since we bought dinner rolls that came in 12, we used 1.5 lbs of beef to even it out and of course, adjusted the seasonings. We thought something else was missing but overall, this stuff is great and cute for entertaining. Thank you, Alton!

These burgers are to die for or maybe I was just really hungry. ;Either way these burgers were really tasty. My husband and I just mixed in grated cheese into the ground beef mixture before shaping the burgers. yumo! You should try it.

I am typically not a fan of homemade hamburgers but my family kept requesting them so I found this recipe. It was super easy to make, and super yummy! I did splurge and made homemade buns to fit my little burgers. I topped them with fried onion straws and chipotle sauce. For the first time I loved my homemade burgers!

These mini burgers were fantastic, we all loved them! These are great because you top them with anything cheese and bacon or onions and mustard, but my personal favorite is parmesan, bacon, and sweet potata fries!

My family loves these burgers! We used to enjoy a romp to the local mini burger joint, but these are so much better and I like knowing what is actually inside the burgers too!

These are so simple, and so amazing, one of my favorite dishes to make and eat! Try them with sharp cheddar and sriracha mayonnaise or blue cheese and bacon.

Great burger - if you grind your own meat, put a clove of garlic (omit the garlic powder and half a seeded jalapeño through the grinder and mix with the beef. Adds even more flavor and a slight kick. You could even mix in some crumbled blue cheese with the patties if you want to go all gourmet
