An easy and delicious way to make burgers! Love that my hands stay clean through the entire process. Burgers came out perfect, evenly cooked and full of flavor.

I've done this four or five times now and I love it. But, man, the beef gets so thin when rolled out - had it tear apart more than once. The last time, I altered things a bit.

Went with double the beef and seasoning and combined it all in a mixing bowl. I rolled it out as usual, but this time didn't fold in half (since I'd already added the spices, and it was twice as thick. Just as good, I think.

Went with a loaf of 'soft' french bread for the "buns" this time; like a baguette but not as crusty. Cut on the dias - it looks cool!

Also, I had been doing this in cast iron. I just a huge electric skillet, so I got cook it almost like on the show this time. A big hit with my guests!

I make these regularly for my family or get-togethers. The flavor is just perfect and absolutely everyone loves them! Plus, they're the perfect size for kids to make a meal of. I use the whole wheat dinner rolls from my local deli as the buns... way better than regular buns!

These burgers are always a huge hit with my teenage son and his friends! Not costly, so I can feed the boys without breaking the budget.

The title says it - the first time I tried this, we were delighted with the results. Can't wait to make again.

They're so simple and yet I would never have know how to make burgers this way. I just made them for the first time adn served them dinner rolls with mayo and sauted onions. My family, including two picky little girls, inhaled them. I'll have to double the recipe next time!

I made these on Super Bowl Sunday for my boyfriend and the guys, and there were gone before I could get my hands on one! The possibilities are endless, as with all burgers. I topped mine with sauteed onions, ranch dressing, and crumbles bacon bits. But I'm already dreaming up a million different toppings and I can't wait to try these again! I especially love the idea of seasoning and then folding over. That was amazing!
