Very simple, yet deliciously tasty burgers. I recommend cutting the ingredients in half and using 1/4 tsp instead of 1/2tsp. I used the latter amount for 1.5 lbs. of ground round and it was a little strong. Very solid recipe. I will use this seasoning to flavor all forms of hamburgers in the future.

I did and they were easy and good. Almost as good as Krystal Burger, but maybe, just maybe not as good as White Castle. Thank you Alton

I just made these for the big game and I have to say as a burger connoisseur, these will cause me to make my own burgers at home more often. I am surprised by those who found them to be "nothing special." The simplicity of the dish only helped to let the beef flavor shine. Exercising good technique further enhances the burgers. I used high heat on an iron griddle which formed a great crust. I also toasted the potato rolls on which the burgers were served. Yum!!!

Fantastic Idea & the new way we'll make burgers for now on ! This was a huge hit with the kids and adults alike. Thanks Alton, for all the good ideas and the "good eats"

These were good and fun to make. I liked the method of flatening them out, the spicing and folding over. I loved the size-my husband makes gigantor gut bomb burgers-these were just right! Can't say enough about these and I'll be making these time and time again.

I DO NOT like to cook and this recipe was great. From the time the meat was raw to the time it took to eat a few of them was 30 minutes and there were plenty leftovers!!!

They cook up easy and my son loves them, but my husband loves them even more. He likes to use a regular bun and stack them on top of one another and put cheese in the middle. I think I will use this recipe for our next snacking get together. We love Alton at our house!

These tasty little burgers have the flavor of a big double burger. The seasonings are perfect!
