Loved these they were yummy. I found it hard to roll with the rolling pin so I used my hands.

This recipe is almost as good as a White Castle burger. Please believe me, that is very high praise. Tru this one you won't be sorry.

Even though it was a part of the "man food" episode, I've made this for my wife and she loved it. My friends ask me to make it all the time as well. It's so easy and cheap to make for a lot of people.

Good recipe for a simple burger than can easily be cooked indoors.
Nothing terribly special, but the method of getting the seasonings in the middle of the burger where they won't burn or fall off was very clever.
I spread some Worcestershire sauce around the meat before I laid down the seasonings. Although it soaked into the meat and made handling the raw burgers difficult, the flavor was really able to shine through.
I might experiment with other seasonings -- the neat thing about this recipe is you're not limited to seasonings that don't burn because they're all "inside."

i made this for my fiance and his buddies... whom all say that it was good, but i didn't care for it. i was actually embarrassed that i didn't test this before serving it to guests. it's JUST ok. if you ask me it needs WAY more flavor. i would make it again but use some of the meatball recipe ingredients from the baked ziti recipe on food network to add some zing!

My husband and I both love thin burgers, and this recipe has become a staple around our house. I love to experiment with the seasonings, but the tried-and-true Alton uses in this recipe are fantastic. Great for casual entertaining!

The way you incorporate the seasoning makes them incredibly tasty. We often make these on 'game nights' as finger food. They're great on english muffins or slices of baguette. Best of all they are small so they are easy to manage and allow you better control of how much you're eating.

These hamburgers are really good. It's how I make them most of the time now.
