I like the idea of small burger, reminds me of white castle days. The ingenious method of preparing the meat then folding it for cutting.

Very good with ground turkey. Very easy; a plus for a college student with a tight budget.

Great flavor, quick cooking, definitely one of my favorite non-grill burger recipe. Dab of mayo, tiny touch of catsup, and half a slice of bacon is perfect for these!

Very Good and you can freeze them in the uncooked form so the man of the house can fry them later. Great for kids just the right size.

My son in law who enjoys cooking made these for me after watching Alton Brown make them on his cooking show. They were the best.

Baseball is back on! and I love it! I cooked 150 of these things almost every game. cours I dont eat them all by myself. They make good game snacks for your friends and family partys!

There's nothing special about these burgers. The rolling out the meat method is a huge waste of time and a pain in the butt. Just another mini burger.
