I never would have imagined mixing these ingredients together for a marinade, but wow!! The pork chops were amazing! This is definitely a keeper!

These pork chops were super easy to get ready, then I just slapped them on the grill. They were delicious. We didn't get to use the reduced sauce, but they were good just as they were!!!

Wonderful flavor! I marinated these overnight. I'm not a huge fan of pork chops because they tend to be dry and tough. My chops had great flavor and very moist. They were still a little tough but that has more to do with the meat than the preparation. This is such a great marinade. I'm going to use it on a pork roast.

Very good and super easy pork chops. I only marinated for 2 hours. Deviated from the recipe - as I used 3/4" boneless chops.

This was the best pork chop I've ever had. I did dip the chops in the marinade while on the grill. Don't know if this helped, but they sure tasted incredible. Dog loved them too and she isn't much of a table food eater. I will make this for company from now on. I marinated them about 3 hours.
Thank you for being so inventive for us. What's next?

The butcher at the store cut some beautiful chops for me to make this recipe. I got the traditional bone in chop - not the one with the rib. I just told him 1.5" thick bone-in and that's what I got. It was a great mistake. They were delicious. Another great recipe from Alton.
