This chocolate pie fooled even the most diehard chocolate lovers. They couldn't believe they were eating tofu and loving it. This has become a staple dessert for potluck dinners.

This pie was so delicious and decadent and very easy to make. Who would have thought it had tofu in it?

You would never know there was tofu in this! It was wonderful- so creamy and chocolatey, not overly sweet...will make this again and again.

Everyone seemed to love this pie when I made it for a party a few nights ago. I, however, could taste the tofu just a bit... but again, everyone loved it.

I'd like to see a crust recipe included with the filling recipe (I found one elsewhere, just to make things complete.

Decorating idea: Sprinkle crushed chocolate cookie crumbs and/or drizzle melted chocolate on top. Rim the diameter of the pie with chocolate covered espresso beans. Yum!

I was skeptical about this pie at first, but it turned out to be one of the best things I've ever tasted. And, no guilt. I do recommend small slices though because it is very rich, but smaller slices just mean you get to enjoy it longer.

Reminds me of cheesecake, key lime pie, mousse - all without being heavy. The pie I sampled was made with dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate, and was INCREDIBLE. Each bite was decadent, but without guilt. Sensuous texture, rich taste, melts in your mouth (like M&M's never could.
