This is the best chocolate pie. My husband is lactose intolerant and my sister hates "health food". Well with this delicious pie everyone was happy. No one can even tell it is tofu.

I decided to give this one a try given it's pseudo-healthy contents. What a winner! The filling turns out silky smooth and chocolaty. Way better than any pudding-type filling. And talk about easy, two minutes of blender time after the chocolate has melted and you're done.

After a few days some moisture will leech into the crust and take away its crispness as normal with any pie but in reality this pie won't be around that long!

Easy recipe, fabulous flavor and texture, and really fun and sneaky way to trick skeptical family and friends into eating tofu.

I changed it a bit. No coffee liquer. Added 1 tsp almond extract (or 1/2 tsp orange extract.
I poured it into sundae glasses and served it like a mousse. It tastes like the inside of a trouffle! Yumm.

Very good and very rich. I used coffee. The best part was that it was rich without being sugary.

This is so creamy and wonderful. Is great knowing that I don't have all the extra fat in it too!!!

Everyone who has tried it loved it...even those who turned there noses up at tofu.
