This is the best low cal pie ever. You can whip it up fast. I followed the recipe, but used store brand chocolate chips and grahm cracker crust. It turned out great. I first saw this recipe on Dr. Oz when Alton came to his show. Thanks Alton for a great recipe and a new family favorite. Even my 7-year-old loves it!!!

This pie is fantastic! It was easy to make and much healthier without a lot of added sweeteners. My 21 year old son said it was "the best thing he had ever eaten in his life". I have made it 3 times in as many months and it's always superb. I make a graham cracker crust instead if choc cookie and use strong coffee instead of the liquer.

This pie is great. I have made it w/graham cracker crust, white chocolate & Frangelica, and I just made one w/peanut butter & vanilla soy milk. It hasn't set yet but I have high expectations. Think I'll try it with bananas & banana liqueur - I omitted the honey w/white chocolate.

This is absolutely the easiest, best, chocolate pie ever! I made a gluten free pie crust. I cheated, no water double boiler, extra work. Just put the chips, Kahlua, and vanilla in a glass bowl in the microwave and stirred every 30 seconds with the rubber spatula. Did that 3 times and it was smooth and melted and creamy. The first time I used expensive 60% Cocoa chips and the second just store brand semi-sweet. Each time was awesome. Can't screw this up. Well I didn't have time to refrigerate it thoroughly one time and it was more pudding like and then put it in the fridge and it was like eating fudge it was so rich and yummy. Top it with whip cream yummy.

WOW! It's rich, chocolaty, and can fix my cravings for sugary sweet desserts. So I used Stevia, and since I didn't have any chocolate wafers, in a pinch I used chocolate covered pretzels and a couple of graham crackers for the crust, vegan butter! Non-dairy whipped cream topped it off! Very very good!!

This is the MOST DELICIOUS chocolate pie I've ever had! It's so rich, it's easy to have a small slice, and nice to know it's lower calorie and has protein! LOVE IT!! (Also, for those who 'don't like tofu' if you don't tell them it's in it, they would never know!

Don't miss out on this incredible recipe. I used one pound (one package of silken tofu and one package (12 ounces of semi sweet chocolate chips. The pie is firm and incredible. Honestly, even the biggest chocolate lovers in the world can't eat huge pieces of this pie because it tastes to rich. I have made this pie for friends and did not tell them it was "diet" until they tried it. They fell off their chairs. I can't thank Food Network and Alton Brown enough. I have changed my lifestyle and eating habits and recipes like this are priceless!

Use silken tofu for sure. The first time I made the pie I used soft tofu and it was not as good. I will definately make this again

Thanks...This pie turned us onto tofu. Tofu? who would have thunk it. I like Alton's work on Food Network. The wife DVRed Dr.Oz and I happened to see the show with the pie.I used Amaretto 'cause we had it and we don't like coffee. The second time I used alittle less Amaretto than recipe called for and a graham cracker crust. This pie is super easy "Good Eats"
