Amazingly good. My husband willingly at all his greens and wanted more! Normally don't prefer mustard greens or ricotta but had both on hand and I'm sure glad I did! Just make sure you clean your greens really well ; will make again!

This dish may not seem like it would be good for those who do not like greens, but it is surprisingly flavorful. I will probably make this again. I normally eat mustard greens in Korean or Filipino style soups so this was a first for me!

My husband and I made this dish because we wanted to try something different. The flavor is not like your usual greens, but just right for a southern girl who grew up eating traditional greens with vinegar and ham. We used panko bread crumbs instead of the round butter crackers and we also used a combo of turnip and mustard greens. We will definitely be making this again and again and again.

As much as I enjoy mustard greens (my husband's greens of choicetraditionally prepared, I was looking for something different. This was an EXCELLENT recipe - very forgiving of personal choice alternatives (part parmesan/part Jarlsberg & butter mixed into the cracker crumb topping& my husband RAVED! We'll definitely make them again!! Can't wait to bring to the next potluck at work!

There is nothing I would do to this recipe. Great side dish to any meal.
I've made it in a bigger dish to make a thinner version for sandwiches.

This simple recipe allows those with bad memories (and tastes in their mouths to enjoy real goodness from the garden. Collard greens are especially good prepared this way.

I tried this last night and to be honest, we didn't really care for it too much. I have to be fair though and say my husband hates mushrooms, so we didn't add them. Maybe this is why the dish tasted so bitter to us. (Maybe mushrooms help to neutralize the green "bitter" taste. I love mushrooms, so I am tempted to try this again for myself, since everyone else seems to love this recipe.

Very easy to make (from someone who's "specialty" is boxed mac and cheese and incredibly tasty! In my oven it took significantly less time to bake than stated. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn! I'll definately be making this again!
