Once again Alton helped us all. I tried with ricotta cheese and it was very good. I did the second batch with small curd cottage cheese (much the way you do with lasagnaand it was delicious! Either way it's a great healthy and tasty dish.

I am so surprise that this recipe comes out really tasty, but I use Kale & Turnip Greens to substitute, it is just so yummy!!
