When I first tasted it, I thought it lacked something. I added 3 anchovies slices. It was almost perfect, just needed some lemon juice I think.

This turned out amazing!! I truly do not like tofu (taste, but more so the texture, so I was really weary of it as an ingredient, but it really worked in this recipe! For those non-tofu eating people like me, I learned that just plain "soft tofu" is also the same as "silken soft tofu." I also added a dash of lemon juice, just because I like lemon juice. I made this for a large crowd, and everyone couldn't believe this was "healthy." It was a giant hit!

I love this salad dressing. It is creamy, garlicky and tasty. That being said, I added 1Tblsp lemon juice. My husband, who loves Wishbone salad dressing, ate two big plates of salad with this dressing. He loved it and I was very surprised.

I'd been searching for a good salad dressing recipe to make because I tired of the taste of store bought dressing. I was apprehensive about using tofu and was going to substitute it and use Greek yogurt as others suggested. However, I decided against that because I really try to prepare food for the first time, as the recipe indicates. Of course, I couldn't tell there was tofu in the dressing. And, I LOVE garlic, which was a stand out flavor. So this was a WIN-WIN. Another great recipe, Alton. Thank you!

This is a fabulous lower fat/calorie dressing!! I didn't have tofu so I used Greek yogurt, I added about 1 Tbsp. of lemon juice and used extra garlic and Worcestershire. DE-LICIOUS!!!!

This is an awesome dressing! I've never written a review before although I've logged in and been saving recipes in My Recipe Box since circa 2002 LOL But this was so good that I wanted to tell Mr. Alton Brown YOU ROCK! And too bad no more Good Eats :( BTW I used 1/2 cup of Trader Joe's organic firm tofu (the yellow package one and 1/2 cup water instead of silken tofu which I didn't have last night. It created the creamy silken tofu like texture. I'll use less Dijon next time like other reviewers are saying. Maybe my dijon mustard was too spicy ;

Another home run from Alton Brown- I would give this recipe 6 stars if I could! I used grated Parmesan, added an extra clove of garlic (because I like a garlicky Caesar, and an extra dash of Worcestershire. Next time I may thin it out with a bit of lemon juice, but over all this recipe makes a thick, luxurious Caesar dressing and you'd NEVER know that it didn't contain the traditional egg yolk and anchovies! This will certainly become a staple in my fridge and will get me eating my salads again :-

This is GREAT!!! I thought I wouldn't be able to have Caeser dressing again since I became a health nut but now I can!!!! Thank god for silken tofu! It tastes wonderful and I don't miss a thing! Curious about how many calories are in it...

I could not believe this turned out as good as it did. When I read the recipe...I thought to myself, "no anchovies? no lemon? no egg?". But OMG it is fabulous!! Super easy to make, took a minute!
