Delicious. I added some white wine into the mushroom cream mixture and could eat buckets of that all alone. Fantastic.

This recipe came out really delicious! : Green beans were the perfect texture, and the creamy mushroom part was the perfect flavor and consistency! WAY way better than the canned recipe!! The only reason I gave this four stars was because of the onion part of the recipe. I agree with joycenewmyer; I tossed the onions every 8-10 mins (like the recipe says and a good many onions still burnt. The onions that weren't blackened were delicious, and I still used them. Probably if I made the onions again, I would try tossing them every 8 mins and shorten the cooking time a little. Overall, delicious recipe, and I got lots of compliments from my family and requests for the recipe. Thanks, Alton Brown!!

This was a huge hit. Onions are a little tricky. Might eliminate them all together, or just make some thin fried onion rings next. It was not soupy, but had a rich sauce.

The beans and soup part of this recipe are great! The onions? Not so much. I turned them faithfully, turned the heat down....they still burn really easily. The panko and flour didn't stick to the onions at all. I added oil to another batch and that helped, but the effort for the onions isn't worth it. I hate the French's though, so I'll be looking for another onion solution. The rest of the recipe is light years better than the traditional canned beans and soup, so definitely use it!

This recipe was awful. I made it twice and even tweaked it the second time, but it still came out awful. Too much liquid, tasted like bad soup. The dog wouldn't even eat it.

This was Awesome! Waaaay better than the traditional stuff. I made this 3 times last year (we have a lot of family and it was a huge hit everywhere I took it. My onions came out a little funny though. I think I'll just use Frenche's onions next time.

I have made this recipe the last 2 Thankgiving's, and will again this year. My family loves it. It isn't too difficult, and turns out terrific!

This was the worst-no flavor and not worth the effort.

I love green beans, and I love them even more in this recipe. The family really liked the change of pace this dish has to offer. If you were to try and get someone who does not like green beans to give them a try this would be the recipe I would pull from the recipe rolodex! Fresh greens a must!
