    I don’t like Rib eye steak. At all!!! But every time my husband and I watch Good Eats it changes our minds and we try something new. We tried this recipe and I didn’t even think to add the red wine reduction but the steak was so juicy that it doesn’t even need it. I’m sure it’s amazing with it as well but just to show how great this steak is even on it’s own doing it this way. AMAZING!

    so dang good you'll never buy a ribeye, or steak for that matter, at a restaurant again! Also touched it off with a red wine reduction. AMAZING!

    Absolutely delish!!! Too cold outside to use our grill so we tried this recipe. Made some of the
    best steaks we ever had. Deglazed the pan with red wine and butter as suggested and that was the finishing touch. Recipes like this will definitely ensure a Happy New Year!!

    So there is a reason why you keep seeing review after review with 5 stars. Yes, because it's that good.
    While I'm a grilled steak sort of gal, sometimes it's just not possible and for ribeyes this is the go to method for me.
    Can't say enough good things about cooking a ribeye this way.
    Don't hesitate one second, give it a try and you will agree with all the rest of us. It's amazing. Way to go Alton Brown, another amazing recipe
