Once you've tried OP from a real tea merchant, you'll throw out all your Lipton and Red Rose tea bags. Good tea is inexpensive, has a long shelf life, and can be ordered over the web. Give it a go.

I learned about processing and brewing tea in Sri Lanka, where I spent several weeks and drank lots of great tea. Mr. Brown's recipe is even better than that given me by native Sri Lankans. If you use good whole leaves, this recipe yields the prfect cup of tea. Juliette Muscat, Timonium, MD
