These potstickers are really tasty, but, I found them a little difficult to make. They are my daughters favorite food, but , I can only make them for special occasions because it's so much work. It really helped having seen the episode, though.,

It was my first time making potstickers, and this recipe was really easy to make and tasted fantastic! Definitely a crowd pleaser!

These are awesome. Taste exactly like ones we recently had at an Asian restaurant in Hawaii - I had never had potstickers before. I did reduce the salt to 1 tsp the second time I made them - I am a saltaholic and 1.5 tsp. was a bit salty. They are time-consuming, but when I make them for special occasions EVERYONE asks me for the recipe. One coworker offered to pay me to make them for her! Not sure how others could taste the ketchup and mustard so much - no one I have served them to remarked on that. Love them!

To all those who say this recipe is bad because it's not authentic, what would you like it to be made of? Dog? I'd rather make my own with ingredients I can get from ANY store, and I don't have to order online, or travel to a more expensive "Asian Market" just to get what I need. Why should I have to? These are perfect. To me the pot stickers you get from ordering out are the suspicious ones.

After finally finding the wonton wraps in the produce area of our store, my husband and I teamed up in the kitchen for this delight! We followed the recipe to the letter except we reduced the salt to 1/2t. They were very delicious (even better when served with hoisen sauce! and we have some waiting in the freezer for the next time we want chinese food night. We found it much easier to fold the wraps when holding them in our hands (conventional wisdom told us the hard surface of the countertop would be better. Yummy!

These are so easy and taste great. To all who are "barking" about the authenticness of these, we know these are a very americanized version. Alton is just introducing us to things we normally we wouldnt think to use/buy. If he did an ethnic dish of mine, I would be ok with it, and not so B!@#$% about it.
These ARE great Alton, keep up the great recipes.

This recipe is outstanding. I modified it a bit by not adding ketchup and mustard and instead adding sesame oil--it has a spicy kick to it. My husband is sure to love these!

These were a big hit with everyone. My brother who won't eat anything out of his comfort zone even ate these. There is a good balance of seasoning in these and just the right amount of spiciness. I used ground turkey instead of pork and served them with a peanut sauce.
