This recipe was awesome! I happen to catch this episode of Good Eats on Food Network and went right out the next day and bought everything I would need to make these. I omitted the ketchup and mustard and substituted oyster sauce and soy sauce and the flavor was amazing!

These potstickers were extremely tasty. I used ground turkey instead and they turned out great--my husband wouldn't stop eating them!

This recipe takes a long time to make, but it is worth all the wait. Do not attempt if you have less than an hour to make them; start to finish.

I am thrilled to have learned how easy it is to make potstickers at home. I formed all the potstickers, cooked ten of them for my husband and I to share as an appetizer and froze the rest. They were tasty enough but not authentic asian flavors. Tasted more like a "meatloaf" potsticker to me. The great thing about the recipe is that you can change the filling to suit your own taste. Thanks, Alton, for demystifying the potsticker.

The filling was delicious, but preparation was very time consuming and delivered unattractive results. I will try to make this again with different wonton wrappers. This filling would be good satueed and used in something else, like an asian wrap.

These were so tasty and pretty easy to make. My fiance said that they were the best potstickers ever. Better than the restaurant.

Better that what you buy in the restaurants.

I used regular chicken stock and it overall has a much too salty taste. Maybe a low sodium broth and cut down on the salt on the insides?

I loved these...and I'm a vegetarian. I simply omitted the pork & worcestershire and added firm tofu cubes. Awesome dish for everyone.
