Who would have thought to make these at home??? What a great technique and I do believe you could stuff them with anything. I found the recipe meat to be a smidge salty and spicier than expected. I liked the spice but will cut back on the saltiness. But these were SO EASY and I knew every single ingredient that was in them. Delicious!

I didn't have ground pork so I took the casings off of some sweet italian sausage and used that- it was pretty good but too salty.

These are great, but I reduced the salt just a tad in the second batch I made because of the salt in the other ingredients, and that batch was even better than the first.

Absolutely outstanding! The ingredients, the cooking methodoligy... perfect. My 11 yr old daughter, who hates anything new, was told that these were "ravioli". Served w/ a marinara and she went nuts. I, myself, had them w/ a fresh hoisen-ginger-honey dipping sauce. Out of this world. Thank you for a new family dinner.

All the flavors of the ingrediants comment each other so well. I could just stand there and eat all the potstickers at the stove.

I made these for my family with lean sausage, and they all LOVED them. My dad, who isn't big on "ethnic" or "unusual" foods, gobbled them right up and asked for more! Great stuff.
