I Always wanted to know how to make them but never took the time to learn. Watched the show, bought all the ingredients and made delicious potstickers the first time, right off the bat. I doubled the recipe and made a gazillion of them. They were all gone by the next day. They were that good!

I didn't think I could do this recipe, but I dug in and guess what ??? It was sooooo simple. I just folded the wontons into the triangle and it was a lot easier than trying to do it any other way. They were really good.

i approached making these with trepidation because i lived in Hong Kong for a couple of years and really miss great wontons...however...this recipe was great. it was easy and the pork mix was perfect...my wife cannot stop raving about them!

Is the pork raw or cooked when it goes into the stuffing mix? I can't decide whether it would actually get cooked or not!

As always, Alton makes what I thought was a hard task and makes it so simple. And delicious!

I didn't love them, but my fiancee did. Next time, I won't use the spicy seasoning.

I didn't use red peppers and cut back a lot on the salt. For the first batch I used oil and then chicken broth and for the rest just chicken broth. These were outstanding and I can't wait to make them again for New Years Eve!

These were great! The supermarket ran out of pork, so I used beef, but any ground meat would do. I also doubled the recipe as ground beef usually sells by the pound and a bundle of scallions works out to be a half cup, so that worked out well. You will never order them at a restaurant again!
