These were so easy to make! And very tasty. I also froze a few that I didn't want to cook right away and the froze beautifully. I am going to make a big batch of these to keep in the freezer for quick snacks.

After seeing the show, I HAD to try making these, and they came out tasting so much better than any other pot sticker I have ever had (and they tasted a LOT healthier without all the grease that I'm used to getting when ordering take out!. I'm definately looking forward to making these again!

I have found this recipe and excellance addition to an asian meal. It was not that difficult to prepare and the taste of the finished posticker very good. I dipped it in sweet sause with a couple of drops of hot mustard swirled around in it. Thanks Eldon

My family liked these for a lite snack before dinner. I made the filling early in the day. Then cooked them later for a snack before dinner. This was so easy and fast. Using stuff you always have at home.
