I had used the vinegar in my poached eggs recipe for some time, but what makes them a true success is the custard cups and the timing. Perfect eggs every time. Thanks, Mr. Brown

I definitely recommend to watch Alton's video, "How to Poach an Egg" on this site first (http://www.foodnetwork.com/videos/how-to-poach-an-egg/36905.html. There are some details there that aren't in here. Also, for an awesome hollandaise for your Eggs Benedict, use Alton's hollandaise recipe here (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/hollandaise-recipe/index.html. Alton rocks!

Great eggs, you can use regular distilled vinegar, however the white wine vinegar is better. Thanks AB

Thank you so much for showing the video on how to make poached eggs. My fiance loves them and I have never made them. Watching the video, and then making them turned out to be an easy process, and my fiance loved them!
