This recipie is nothing short of fantastic. I was very dubious, it is so non-traditional, but the chili was GREAT! Making it again tonight! And loved AB's chili mix recipie too!

The meat came out soooo tender! I had halved the amount of meat, but forgot to halve the amount of chipotle, so it was unbearably hot, but still tasty. Can't wait to experiment with different beers, different amounts of seasoning, etc.

We've made this about 5 times now. My husband and I love it -although, my esophogus would beg to differ. The kids will eat it with lots of sour cream and cornbread. YUM!
