I enjoyed this dish and the fact that it breathes new life into an old college favorite . . . Ramen. By only using half the package, it cuts down on the fat and carb content but still contains a lot of flavor. I might recommend a low sodium soy sauce and/or chicken stock, but other than that, the dish was great and definately worth a try.

    Good eats!

PS: When wrapping the ramen in the foil, be careful that the edges of the ramen don't rip the foil. The broth will run out ALLLL over the place.

I have served this as an appetizer and as a main dish. Everyone prefers the main dish because they get twice as much of the excellent shrimp, noodles and sauce.
This is definitely a keeper. I have had to copy the recipe for friends or they get mean. :
Easy, flavorful so very good cook on the grill or in the oven.
    Thanks!!!

This recipe is so easy and tastes great. I am a college student, so I like recipes that are fast and cheap and this one is. Plus you can use different ingredients with the same idea to get totally different flavors. Yum!
