I like the ravioli because it reminds me a lot of a taco and other mexican dishes I've had before.

The recipe did not focus attention on the hardest part of making ravioli. Getting the pasta to the correct consistance, thickness and sealing it so that the filling isn't lost to the water when cooking the ravioli. The filling is taste, but only when it didn't escape the pasta shell.
