    Having made AB's roast chicken last week, I decided to use some of the leftovers in a refrigerator pie this week. The addition of goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes really brought out the flavor nicely, and it was fast and easy, which is always good on a busy weekend

    I tried it, and was surprised. Turned out well. Be sure to get the deep dish pie crust.
